MISSION STATEMENT

At The Lost Estate Educational Series, we aim to empower African American and Hispanic communities with the foundational knowledge and tools necessary for financial literacy and effective estate planning. We are dedicated to breaking down systemic barriers to financial education and providing accessible, culturally relevant resources that enable individuals and families to build and sustain generational wealth. Through a comprehensive suite of educational programs, workshops, and resources, we commit to fostering an environment where every member of our community is equipped to navigate their financial futures with confidence, ensuring their legacies are preserved and prosper for generations to come. 

SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

Sponsorship Packages:

Our sponsorship packages are designed to maximize impact, offer valuable benefits to our sponsors, and support our mission to enhance financial literacy and estate planning within African American and Hispanic communities. We offer four distinct levels of sponsorship, each with its unique set of benefits:

  • Bronze Level ($1,000 - $4,999):
    • Recognition on our website and in our newsletter.
    • Book purchases for 50 workshop and in-person participants.
    • Opportunity to include branded materials at events.
  • Silver Level ($5,000 - $9,999):
    • All Bronze benefits, plus:
    • Book purchases for 100 workshop and in-person participants.

    • One featured post on our social media platforms.
  • Gold Level ($10,000 - $24,999):
    • All Silver benefits, plus:
    • Book purchases for 250 workshop and in-person participants.
    • Speaking opportunity at one event.
    • Logo featured prominently at all events and on the homepage of our website.
  • Platinum Level ($25,000+):
    • All Gold benefits, plus:
    • Book purchases for 500 workshop and in-person participants.
    • Exclusive speaking engagements at events.
    • Opportunity to co-host a workshop or webinar.
    • Feature article on our website and in our newsletter.

CUSTOM PARTNERSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

 We understand that each of our sponsors may have unique goals and objectives for their CSR initiatives. To accommodate this, we offer custom partnership opportunities that allow sponsors to tailor their involvement and support to align with their specific CSR goals. Custom partnership options can include but are not limited to:

All digital assets, including logos, branding materials, and any other associated graphical content ("Digital Assets") related to "The Lost Estate" are the intellectual property of Jermaine Eric Whiteside. Ownership rights, including copyright, trademarks, and any other intellectual property rights, are expressly reserved by Jermaine Eric Whiteside. The use of these Digital Assets is subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein. 

Guidelines for Use

 

  1. Authorized Use:
    • Digital Assets may only be used by sponsors, partners, and authorized entities in connection with promotional activities directly related to "The Lost Estate" and its associated events, publications, or broadcasts.

  1. Prohibited Uses:
    • Digital Assets must not be used in a manner that is deceptive, misleading, defamatory, infringing, libelous, disparaging, or otherwise objectionable as determined by Jermaine Eric Whiteside.
    • The assets may not be modified, altered, or used to create derivative works without express written permission from Jermaine Eric Whiteside.
    • Digital Assets cannot be used in a way that implies endorsement of products, services, political campaigns, or controversial issues.

Reproduction and Quality


  • Digital Assets must be reproduced in their entirety without alteration, except for scaling as necessary for the intended use, while maintaining the integrity of the original design.
  • Assets must be reproduced at a high resolution and in accordance with any provided brand guidelines to ensure consistent and accurate representation

Attribution

Appropriate credit must be given to Jermaine Eric Whiteside as the owner of the Digital Assets when used in any format or medium. 

Termination of Use

Jermaine Eric Whiteside reserves the right to revoke authorization to use the Digital Assets at any time if the use does not comply with these guidelines or for any other reason at the discretion of Jermaine Eric Whiteside. 

Liability

 Users of the Digital Assets agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jermaine Eric Whiteside against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to their improper use of the Digital Assets. 

Acknowledgment of Terms

By using the Digital Assets, users acknowledge they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these guidelines and the disclaimer. 

Request for Permission

 Entities wishing to use the Digital Assets in a manner not covered by these guidelines must seek express written permission from Jermaine Eric Whiteside by contacting agent@anointedconnect.com. Approval must be granted prior to any such use.
