Media Release and Waiver Disclaimer

By accepting the invitation to participate in "The Lost Estate" podcast, hosted and produced by Jermaine Eric Whiteside of EWTECHNERD LLC ("The Producer"), the undersigned guest ("Guest") agrees to the following terms outlined in this Media Release Agreement ("Agreement"):

1. Consent to Record and Distribute:By their participation, the Guest grants The Producer irrevocable permission to record, edit, use, and distribute any content produced (audio, video, or digital) during their participation in "The Lost Estate" podcast. This consent includes the use of the Guest's name, image, voice, and provided biographical information for any programming, publication, promotional activities, and other related purposes.

2. Ownership of Content:The Guest acknowledges that The Producer retains sole ownership of all rights to the podcast content, including recordings, with the unrestricted right to use and exploit the Content in any existing or future media worldwide in perpetuity.

3. Use of Content:The Guest agrees that The Producer may use the Content in whole or part for any lawful purpose, including, but not limited to, promotional, marketing, and advertising activities, without further compensation or notice to the Guest.

4. Release of Liability:The Guest releases and discharges The Producer, EWTECHNERD LLC, and their affiliates, officers, agents, employees, and representatives from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the Guest's participation in the podcast and the subsequent use of the Content as detailed herein.

5. Voluntary Participation & Acceptance of Terms:The Guest acknowledges that their participation is voluntary and that by accepting the invitation to appear on the podcast, they are agreeing to the terms of this Agreement. The Guest has the right to refuse participation or to decline answering any questions during the recording.

6. Accuracy of Information:The Guest commits to providing truthful and accurate information during their appearance on the podcast and releases The Producer from any claims related to the accuracy or authenticity of the information provided.

7. Confidential Information:The Guest agrees not to disclose any confidential or proprietary information during the podcast recording and releases The Producer from any claims related to such disclosure.

8. Agreement Understanding:The Guest confirms they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement, which constitutes the entire understanding between the Guest and The Producer regarding the Guest's participation in "The Lost Estate" podcast.
