Influencer Guildlines

 

1. Program Overview

  • Mission Statement: Clarify the program's aim to educate and empower communities through increased awareness of estate planning and financial literacy, particularly within African American and Hispanic communities.
  • Objectives: Outline the key goals of the program, such as increasing engagement on social media, driving traffic to the website, and promoting the completion of the research survey.

2. Influencer Responsibilities

  • Content Creation: Influencers are expected to create original content that aligns with the mission of "The Lost Estate". This could include blog posts, videos, social media posts, and live webinars.
  • Frequency of Posts: Specify the minimum number of posts or content pieces expected within a given timeframe (e.g., at least one blog post and two social media posts per month).
  • Promotion of Research Survey: Influencers should promote "The Lost Estate" research survey in their content to help gather data and insights.
  • Engagement: Influencers are encouraged to actively engage with their followers on the topic of estate planning, answering questions, and fostering discussion.

3. Content Guidelines

  • Tone and Style: The content should be informative, respectful, and positive, reflecting the educational and uplifting spirit of the program.
  • Brand Alignment: All content must align with "The Lost Estate" branding, including the use of logos, hashtags, and key messaging points provided by the program.
  • Prohibited Content: Clearly outline what is not acceptable, including the promotion of unrelated products, use of offensive language, or content that contradicts the mission of the program.

4. Disclosure and Transparency

  • FTC Guidelines: Remind influencers to adhere to FTC guidelines for disclosure of sponsored content. Influencers must clearly disclose their relationship with "The Lost Estate" program in all posts and communications.
  • Transparency: Encourage honesty about the influencer's experiences and opinions, maintaining authenticity at all times.

5. Reporting and Metrics
